About ten years ago I met a Yellowknife business man and his daughter in Scotland. In talking about bucket lists, he told me that the best place to see the northern lights was in Yellowknife. I carried his card for several years until I gave up on making the trip and threw it away. Now I’ve revived my intent and fully intent to visit Yellowknife in November. I would like to identify that person to thank him for his recommendation. How many people in Yellowknife own a small business and took their daughter to Scotland about ten years ago? Sooo can someone help me?
I’m going to be honest with you, that might be hard to narrow down. There is over 20,000 people in Yellowknife and many business owners. We’d have to have a little more to go on than that. Do you know what kind of business he owned?
Nah, that’s the problem–I can’t remember. I hoped that I could get the info out on the net and maybe he would see it. No big deal. Just thought it would be fun to let someone know that their advice was valued.
Thanks for responding.
If you do come to Yellowknife you may have better luck once you get here and speak to people on the ground. All the best.
