Yellowknife Farmers’ Market Begins

Many months of hard work and planning by a dedicated group of people has gone into organizing the all new Yellowknife Farmers’ Market.

Last night, June 4, 2013, was the first evening of the market, which kicked off at 5:15pm. Instantly hoards of people showed up to check out what goodies they might find.

Homemade eats, vegetables, fresh fish and eggs were all there for people to buy. Early on in the evening many venders were already getting low on stock and were ecstatic about the turn out.
