Before any of the great performers we have attending this weekends Folk on the Rocks festival became who they are today, they probably played at 
something similar to Rock the Folks. It is all about the Local Youth showing what they got. There will be a a variety of musical stylings in this youth-styled battle of the bands. It will be a fun, loving, mellow and relaxing time for everyone.
