Bell has LTE speeds in Yellowknife now

It looks like Bell has now turned on LTE service for Yellowknife. It is actually surprising that Yellowknife has LTE yet only a few of other places in Canada have it as well. LTE is the fastest version of 4G connectivity it seems.

While the faster speeds will be nice to have, only a handful of handheld devices support the new netwrok. Most of which are Android based smartphone. iPhone users, you’ll have to wait.

Do you have a 4G LTE enabled device, do you notice a different?

  • Hey Kyle do you know if the turbo sticks on this network are any better than SSI wireless speeds>?  SSI offers 8gb for 62.99 per mth. speeds of up to 2Mbps
